Progress: Mrs. Hess
I’m kind of a sucker for a well-built fitness program! Having everything mapped out for me…meals, workouts, how-to’s, motivation…makes it that much easier for me to concentrate on my goals.
When I started this quest to get the body back I had in high school, I had no idea how to workout. Sure I had been in some fitness centers before. I would do a little of this and a little of that, but I really had no idea what I was doing and I was too embarrassed

A few weeks ago, I entered one of bodybuilding.com contests, the 100k Transformation Challenge. They often offer contest, and I often register for them. It forces me to take progress photos of myself (which I hate!), and it adds a little fire under my ass to do well...
Interested in where I started?
This year I tried my hand at creating my own 12 Week Program. I followed Jamie’s lead for the most part, but I learned a few things about myself and my body through Jamie’s program, so I did make several changes that I think made my gym time more productive, fun and fresh!
